Part-time ADA Group Worker Position

The Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County, Alternatives to Domestic
Aggression program (ADA) seeks a part-time Group Worker to provide intervention
and assessment services to service participants, and facilitate ADA batterer
intervention groups.
Position works up to 15 hours per week and is paid per unit of service
as follows: $54 per ADA group, $25 per assessment, and $15 per agency required
meeting.
Qualifications include BA in Human Services field, or high school diploma
and minimum four years experience involving direct contact work with victims
and/or batterers. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication
skills, ability to work under stress, and strong knowledge of domestic
violence dynamics a must.
